Support individuals in their relocation journey as a Bilingual Relocation Advisor in Downtown Ottawa. Engage with clients through phone, email, and chat while working toward remote opportunities post-training.
Our client is looking for a dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Representative with empathy, confidence, and clarity for relocation support. This full-time position allows you to assist clients as they navigate significant life changes, ensuring they feel informed and prepared. You will enjoy a collaborative Contact Centre environment focused on accuracy and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide relocation guidance through multiple channels
• Lead 30-minute planning sessions tailored to individual needs
• Review and process relocation expenses accurately
• Document all interactions for compliance and traceability
• Support Contact Centre operations with administrative tasks
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service or an advisory role
• Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively
• Experience with structured policies is an asset
