As a Care Access Representative, you’ll be instrumental in managing care provider schedules within a high-volume contact center. You must demonstrate excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills while fostering strong relationships with clients and care teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule care providers using specialized software
• Meet KPIs for call handling and scheduling
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
• Develop positive relationships with clients and providers
• Keep accurate records for effective reporting
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 2+ years in a customer service/scheduling position
• Experience with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Prior knowledge of healthcare scheduling preferred
