Your ability to resolve customer issues effectively and maintain a creative team atmosphere will be vital to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Box Office functions including ticket sales

• Train and support Box Office staff in their roles

• Collaborate on pricing initiatives and upselling strategies

• Generate end-of-night reports for event reconciliation

• Ensure ticketing systems function smoothly

Requirements:

• Experience with Box Office and Ticketmaster systems

• Proven customer service and leadership skills

• Strong communication skills in English;
French is an asset

• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
