In this role, you will directly support Digital Channels and Wealth Services. Your responsibilities will include managing client communications via phone, email, and chat, while upholding MD security protocols. Expect to enhance client retention through cross-selling, troubleshoot web issues, and deliver superior client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve client inquiries across multiple channels
• Support cross-selling and outbound campaigns
• Troubleshoot technical web issues effectively
• Uphold service level agreements and compliance standards
• Maintain knowledge of products and services
Requirements:
• University degree in business or equivalent
• Contact center experience in financial services
• Certification in Canadian Securities Course is an asset
• Bilingual in English and French required
• Ability to manage high-paced workloads effectively
