Become a Customer Service Assistant at One Up Components in Squamish, Canada, and help riders get back on track. Your expertise in written communication will be key to our global customer support.
This full-time in-office role involves engaging with customers and providing warranty support backed by your hands-on product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers through effective written communication
• Work collaboratively within a customer-focused team
• Learn and apply technical knowledge for customer queries
Requirements:
• Customer service experience, ideally from a bicycle shop
• Cloud-based CRM software proficiency, such as Hub Spot
• Attention to detail and ability to learn technical systems
• Organized and solution-minded approach to tasks
• Legal working status in Canada for at least two years
