As a representative, you will provide critical patient and member support in a fast-paced call center. Your outstanding telephonic communication skills will help you articulate complex concepts and resolve issues efficiently. This position requires a balance of independent work and collaboration with your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a variety of inquiries via calls, chat, and email
• Provide timely resolutions for patient concerns
• Relay information about Teladoc Health services clearly
• Collaborate with team members for optimal service
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Demonstrated empathy when engaging with patients
• Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities
• Adaptability to new processes in a busy environment
• Proficiency in both English and French
• Commitment to a minimum of 15 hours each week
