Customer Service Representative – Customer Support Team, Ottawa (In‑Office 377 Dalhousie Street). Reports to the Customer Support Manager.

• Operate as the first point of contact for customers managing their web presence and online tools in an inbound call centre across technical and service questions.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to domains, DNS, web hosting (cPanel, Plesk, FTP, SSL), websites (browser issues, Word Press) and email configuration.
• Provide clear and calm communication across voice, chat and email platforms, keeping customers informed.
• Meet call quality, speed and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

• At least 1 year of high‑volume call centre or customer service experience.
• Technical aptitude with eagerness to learn new systems and help customers with technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills – able to explain complex ideas to non‑technical users.
• Familiarity with domain names and DNS settings, web hosting environments (cPanel, Plesk, FTP, SSL), website troubleshooting (browser issues, CMS platforms such as Word Press), and email configuration.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of issues.
• Performance‑driven approach and collaborative, reliable team orientation.
• Flexible schedule – available for evenings, weekends and holidays.
