Take on a pivotal role with the Standards Council of Canada as a Customer Support Coordinator. In this position, you will manage customer accreditation processes and ensure effective communication.
The Customer Support Coordinator at SCC will be instrumental in overseeing accreditation maintenance for clients. With a minimum of three years’ experience in customer service or administrative settings, you will act as a liaison between clients and account managers. Key Responsibilities:
• Track assessment team deliverables and communicate updates
• Create and distribute accreditation review packages
• Ensure customer account accuracy and updates
• Validate assessment team expenses against budgets
• Coordinate timely billing requisitions for accounts
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
• At least three years in a customer-focused role
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to prepare reports and correspondence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
