As the Box Office Supervisor, you will manage daily and nightly operations crucial for smooth functioning. Collaborating with Box Office staff, VIP teams, and Senior Operations Manager, you’ll enhance customer experiences while ensuring effective ticketing solutions. This role demands strong leadership and customer service skills in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize daily Box Office operations and ticket sales
• Support Box Office staff training and development
• Manage upselling and inventory with Premium Seat Sales
• Generate end-of-night reports for event settlement
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
Requirements:
• Event ticketing knowledge is essential
• Experience with Box Office systems a strong asset
• Leadership and customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in English;
French is a plus
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
