As a Customer-Focused Service Advisor, you will manage customer interactions, order processing, and appointment scheduling within our RV dealership. Ensure effective communication between customers and technicians, all while maintaining high standards of customer service to resolve any issues promptly.
Your role is crucial in fostering a positive service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet service customers as their primary contact
• Manage repair order processes efficiently
• Communicate effectively with technicians about issues
• Provide repair estimates and service recommendations
• Schedule and prioritize service appointments
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in service management (1 year minimum)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Mechanical background is a plus
• Proven sales and customer service skills
