Located at 377 Dalhousie Street, this in-office role focuses on resolving customer inquiries related to web hosting and online tools. You'll engage with clients to troubleshoot issues, ensuring they receive timely and clear guidance. Ideal candidates bring a unique combination of technical skills and a collaborative spirit, fostering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first point of contact for customer inquiries
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for clients
• Provide clear and calm support via multiple platforms
• Achieve targets for customer satisfaction and call quality
• Support customers with DNS, domains, and web management
Requirements:
• 1+ years in a high-volume customer service environment
• Technical knowledge of web hosting and domains
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
• Must be available evenings and weekends
