In this vital position, you’ll manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure customers realize value from Versaterm’s innovative products. You will engage cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, and Leadership to enhance customer experience and influence improvements through direct feedback. The focus is on customer retention, satisfaction, and meeting strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for enterprise customer accounts
• Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews for clients
• Maintain updated customer information and organizational insights
• Provide post-implementation coaching for effective adoption
• Track support tickets and identify efficiency trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3–5 years in customer success or SaaS
• Experience managing enterprise-level relationships
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proactive mindset for customer advocacy
Excel in fostering relationships and delivering impactful solutions with Versaterm.
