In this position, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers and tenants, playing an essential role in various property programs. By utilizing your interpersonal skills, you will help facilitate services while offering guidance and information to enhance visitors’ experiences. Your dedication to customer satisfaction will greatly impact the shopping center's atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers and tenants with requests and inquiries
• Coordinate the property’s gift card program seamlessly
• Organize and manage the lost and found program
• Provide directions and additional information to shoppers
• Respond to calls and emails in a timely manner
Requirements:
• 1+ years of strong customer service experience
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
• First Aid and CPR certifications advantageous
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices beneficial
