As a Junior Estimator at Assured Automotive, you will positively impact customers by managing relationships with clients and insurance partners in a friendly and professional manner. This entry-level role requires a strong work ethic, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will also document repair orders, process insurance assignments, and continually apply new knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
• Provide customer service across phone, in-person, and email
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using management systems
• Process insurance assignments promptly
• Write accurate vehicle damage estimates
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• 1 year of customer service experience, automotive preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license required
