In this position, you will act as a lifeline for Canadian Armed Forces members, helping them transition smoothly. As a full-time temporary advisor, you will engage clients through phone, chat, and email platforms. You’ll utilize your expertise in navigating financial directives to ensure accuracy in expense processing during relocations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively across phone, email, and chat

• Conduct consultations to outline relocation plans

• Validate and manage expense claims with precision

• Interpret policies to provide actionable advice for clients

Requirements:

• Exceptional oral and written French and English skills

• At least 1 year in a fast-paced environment

• Proven ability to handle multitasking effectively

• Continuous residency in Canada for at least 5 years

• High proficiency in computer use for multiple systems
