In charge of the post-sale lifecycle, you will ensure customer success through engagement models and operational strategies that resonate with varied customer segments. The role requires you to foster collaboration across departments, driving the execution of high-impact customer initiatives while improving workflows. Your leadership will be integral in refining the Customer Success framework within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute tailored strategies for customer lifecycle management

• Collaborate seamlessly with Sales and Marketing departments

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
• 10+ years in Customer Success or similar fields
• 5+ years of leading teams and initiatives
• Proven track record in customer retention strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
