Responsibilities- Prepare and coordinate meetings for Advisors with clients
- Proactively resolve client service issues and inquiries
- Manage incoming communications related to accounts
- Assist Advisors with client onboarding tasks
- Maintain accurate client files and documentation
- Must have Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
- Robust skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- High-level organizational and time-management abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to providing friendly client service
- Experience in the securities industry preferred
