Join Sirva as a Senior Bilingual Relocation Advisor in Ottawa, Ontario, and provide vital support to Government of Canada transferees and their families. This onsite role focuses on delivering comprehensive relocation services with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
As the main point of contact, you will manage all relocations, from planning sessions to expense oversight. Your strong communication skills will help you guide clients through their relocation journey, ensuring timely issue resolution. Your organizational abilities will help you juggle multiple requests seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients through emails, calls, and chats
• Facilitate planning sessions for diverse relocation needs
• Efficiently manage and process expense requests
• Document all communications in relocation files
• Support administrative functions for the Contact Centre
Requirements:
• Relevant bilingual experience is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation
