Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general inquiries on relocation benefits
• Lead scheduled planning sessions for relocation policy
• Review and approve expense claims and requests
• Keep thorough communications logs in relocation files
• Assist with diverse administrative tasks for the team
Requirements:
• Bilingual capabilities in English and French
• Strong customer service communication skills
• Organized and adept at managing multiple requests
• Experience in delivering services within deadlines
• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
