Based in Ottawa, your role is crucial in the Customer Service Order Desk team. You will manage client orders through multiple channels while resolving inquiries and enhancing service quality. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, particularly Pronto, are essential for ensuring client satisfaction and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process orders from phone, email, or fax
• Attend to and resolve client concerns across channels
• Identify opportunities to improve client service
• Review and correct error entries in the Dashboard
• Generate service reports for internal teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in customer service role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong bilingual skills (French/English)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
