Join Alta Vista Animal Hospital as a full-time Customer Service Representative in Ottawa, Ontario. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to pets and their families.
As the hospital's face, you will enhance the trust and confidence of clients by providing stellar service and organizational support. Responsibilities involve scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and educating clients on pet care essentials while maintaining a clean environment. You will also handle payment processing and outbound follow-up calls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer interactions at the reception area
• Schedule and confirm veterinary appointments
• Follow up on client calls for service inquiries
• Present fees and receive payments accurately
• Provide guidance on non-medical pet care topics
Requirements:
• Customer service experience, ideally in veterinary settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for animal care and client relations
• Capable of maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
