Reporting to the Royal Service & Loyalty Manager, this role focuses on delivering outstanding guest service in both official languages. You will efficiently manage calls, process in-room dining orders, and liaise with various hotel departments. The ideal candidate will possess previous service experience, a Smart Serve certificate, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve guests by consistently providing professional service
• Process calls and assist guests with information
• Take in-room dining orders and manage reservations
• Maintain guestroom telephones in working condition
• Train new colleagues on service standards
Requirements:
• Fluent in both official languages
• Available for overnight shifts
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred
• Must possess strong guest service skills
• Familiarity with computers and typing at least 40 words per minute
