As a Customer Delivery Advisor, your focus is on operational efficiency while supporting customers post-order.
Your role includes preparing loan documents, maximizing scheduling, and ensuring a smooth delivery process for clients purchasing their Tesla vehicles. Your enthusiasm for sustainable energy will significantly impact customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to prepare customer loan and MTO documents
• Develop expertise in Tesla's product offerings
• Maximize scheduling efficiency for customer deliveries
• Compile reports to promote performance improvements
• Manage pre-delivery experiences and store fleet operations
Requirements:
• 1+ year of customer service experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license for Canada
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
