Join TELUS Health as a Bilingual Technical Customer Service Agent I. Use your technical skills to assist retail pharmacies, dental offices, and patients through various channels, including calls and emails.
You will be a vital part of the Health Benefits Management team, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while providing top-notch service in both English and French. This role requires working flexible rotating shifts to meet the needs of clients across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-level support via calls, emails, and tickets
• Document and resolve issues in our internal system
• Prioritize and escalate issues as needed
• Guide clients through problem-solving processes
• Maintain high customer service standards through follow-ups
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is advantageous
• Experience in a health benefits or pharmacy environment preferred
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Call center experience is an asset
