Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and settle automobile claims efficiently

• Support clients through FNOL, detailing next steps

• Maintain up-to-date records of each claim

• Communicate coverage details effectively to customers

• Ensure full follow-up and timely resolutions
Requirements:

• High school diploma is required

• Experience in automobile claims handling valued

• Previous customer service in call centers beneficial

• Strong written and verbal skills are necessary

• Full fluency in both French and English is mandatory
