This role tasks you with using Service Now to handle customer inquiries efficiently. You will ensure SLA compliance while coordinating with technicians on field visits and hardware repairs. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent necessary
• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong time management abilities to juggle tasks
