In this role, you will lead the Customer Success teams across Email Industries and Kickbox, ensuring alignment and strategic execution. You will be the key person for escalation handling and will contribute to contract management and commercial strategy. Your expertise will shape customer advocacy and support frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach Customer Success Teams at two brands
• Serve as an escalation point for customer issues
• Manage the commercial pipeline and contract reviews
• Provide customer insights to product teams
• Monitor and analyze R.E.G.O metric performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Proven track record in SaaS leadership roles
• Experience with commercial contract management
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
