Position: Ottawa Tourism Visitor Services Manager Role
Be a key player in enhancing Ottawa's visitor experience as the Visitor Operations & Services Senior Manager. Oversee the Ottawa Visitor Centre while ensuring excellence in service delivery.

This leadership role focuses on guiding the Ottawa Visitor Centre’s strategies in alignment with Ottawa Tourism’s priorities. You will manage service expectations, operational governance, and team development, driving continuous improvement in visitor operations. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and French will support diverse visitor needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead governance for the Ottawa Visitor Centre operations

• Set priorities for visitor service excellence

• Classify staffing approaches and role clarity

• Develop data-driven strategies for visitor feedback

• Serve as an escalation point for high-risk issues

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken

• At least 7 years in customer-focused service roles

• Experience in supervisory or leadership positions

• Knowledge of operational standards and oversight

• Proficient with digital tools and data analytics
