Position: Insurance Client Growth and Experience Role
Become the cornerstone of client experience and growth in our insurance agency! This role is open to part-time or full-time candidates who love engaging with people and improving operations.

As an Insurance Client Growth and Experience Coordinator, you'll take charge of client phone interactions and appointment management. Your proactive approach and organizational abilities will foster a welcoming environment and promote effective communication across the team, all while identifying new opportunities to support our licensed advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally direct calls and answer inquiries

• Welcome clients and create a positive first impression

• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and setting appointments

• Book and confirm appointments for the team

• Maintain strong communication to enhance client experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with phone communication

• Organized with strong multitasking capabilities

• Familiarity with CRM and technology tools

• Experience in insurance preferred, not essential
