This position involves providing exceptional customer service as the first contact for Enviro Centre’s sustainability programs. You will respond to inquiries, assist clients with program registration, and ensure a smooth customer journey. Key responsibilities include managing client interactions, handling documentation, and scheduling in-home energy assessments to support community sustainability efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to incoming calls and web inquiries
• Assist in client eligibility screening and documentation
• Track customer interactions in the CRM system
• Schedule home energy audits and follow-ups
• Conduct post-service satisfaction surveys
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Call centre experience is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingualism is a plus
• Knowledge of sustainability issues is an asset
Ensure successful client onboarding and program navigation as part of the Enviro Centre team in Ottawa.
