Lead customer satisfaction initiatives as an Account Manager by ensuring client needs are prioritized. Build rapport and work collaboratively to enhance the overall customer experience.
This role calls for a flexible individual capable of balancing multiple responsibilities that prioritize client relationships. You'll be tasked with direct communication with clients to ascertain their needs, building relationships to retain and attract business. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure all client requests are addressed efficiently.

• Address and resolve client complaints promptly
• Analyze consumer behavior to adapt services accordingly
Requirements:
• Background in account management or client services
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams
• Data analysis proficiency for customer behavior
• Flexibility to respond to changing client needs
