In this dynamic role, you'll greet guests, respond to their requests, and handle check-in and check-out seamlessly. Your empathy, combined with excellent communication skills, will help you resolve concerns and enhance each stay. Collaborating with various departments will further ensure that our guests receive tailored support throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs effectively
• Respond with care to all guest inquiries
• Assist guests with their requests promptly
• Resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
• Work closely with other departments for personalized services
Requirements:
• Diploma in Hospitality is advantageous
• Bilingual in French and English essential
• Strong customer service orientation
• Professionalism in challenging situations
• Computer skills; experience with OPERA PMS valued
