The CAA Membership Service Counsellor focuses on resolving member inquiries, managing account updates, and skillfully promoting services. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and possess a thorough understanding of CAA benefits. Effective communication skills and a background in customer-oriented environments are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle member account updates and personal information changes
• Provide expert guidance on CAA products and services
• Sell CAA memberships and travel insurance effectively
• Engage Members through proactive outreach
• Maintain accurate documentation of Member interactions
Requirements:
• Required TICO certification
• One year of experience in customer service or sales
• Familiarity with call centre roles beneficial
• Knowledge of CAA Member Benefits necessary
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
