Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of omni-sales strategy and initiatives
• Identify and implement customer experience improvements
• Ensure inventory management aligns with customer needs
• Collaborate on national events and store-level activities
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service or operations roles
• Experience in leading a team effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Bilingualism in French and English (for Québec)
