Become a vital part of the Ottawa Humane Society as a Customer Service Representative:
Intake. Help people in a dynamic, animal-friendly environment.
In this casual role, the Ottawa Humane Society is searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative:
Intake. A background in customer service, especially with animals, is ideal. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and English communication are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lost and found inquiries for pets
• Provide exceptional service to visitors and clients
• Process intake requests efficiently and accurately
• Keep accurate records for shelter operations
• Work closely with other staff to enhance processes
Requirements:
• At least one year of customer service experience
• Preferred experience in animal handling
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong English communication abilities
• Must have a secondary school diploma or equivalent
