In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and maintain a tidy environment for members and guests. You will assist with membership inquiries, promote amenities, and engage with customers in a friendly manner. With a focus on cleanliness and safety, your daily tasks will help create an inviting atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks to safety standards

• Interact positively with members and guests

• Support membership management and promotion efforts

• Complete periodic cleanliness checks and communications

• Report any concerns or issues to management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or working toward completion

• 1 year experience in teamwork or volunteering

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• WHMIS certification is a plus

• Ability to remain calm under pressure
