Join Good Life Fitness in Ottawa as a full-time Customer Service Representative (Motivator). This pivotal role is all about creating a positive member experience and ensuring safety in our club environment.
In this role, you will be the welcoming face for members at our Queen and Bank location, focusing on customer service excellence and engagement. Your duties include greeting members, answering inquiries at the front desk, and providing guidance on our fitness facilities and services. A vital part of your job will be to assist with memberships and ensure cleanliness throughout the club.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check in members efficiently
• Assist walk-in potential members with their needs
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries effectively
• Deliver Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new members
• Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the club
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification necessary
• Smart Tan certification required within 3 months
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the fitness sector preferred
• Previous experience in customer service beneficial
