This position focuses on assisting local residents by answering inquiries about sustainable programs and guiding them through the registration process. You'll be directly impacting environmental initiatives by managing client interactions and ensuring satisfaction throughout their journey. Responsibilities include overseeing call management, tracking customer data, and contributing to outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Immediately respond to customer calls and web inquiries
• Process client eligibility documents accurately
• Maintain customer journey tracking in the CRM
• Schedule initial home energy audits for clients
• Administer post-service satisfaction surveys
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Call centre experience is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required
• Awareness of environmental sustainability is preferred
