• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person

• Process payments and manage financial records

• Update room status with housekeeping information

• Ensure lobby and desk areas maintain a tidy appearance

• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs professionally

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; some college or university preferred

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
