Job Description

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, process financial transactions, and recommend suitable banking solutions to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized procedures, regulations and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions specific to those needs, exercising discretion on confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities as necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
  • Support a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in performance development.
  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated and keeping everyone updated on the status of routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced setting.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
  • Initiative‑driven, accurate and detail‑oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Dynamic communication skills, able to connect verbally and in writing with diverse customers in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
