Position: Travel Consultant ERM at BCD Travel
Enhance client experiences as a Travel Consultant, ERM with BCD Travel from anywhere in the Netherlands, Finland, or the UK. Deliver exceptional travel consultations and manage client arrangements proactively.

This full-time role is designed for professionals with experience in ERM or marine travel. You will manage requests through various channels and be a crucial point of contact for business customers. Responsibilities include handling travel details and up-selling, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and confirm customer travel reservations efficiently

• Manage crew movements and handle disruptions skillfully

• Share vital industry information, including fares and penalties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with full attention

• Collaborate and assist team members across functions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marine or offshore travel

• Expertise in managing crew movements and disruption handling

• Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations

• Familiarity with GDS Amadeus and travel industry standards

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
