Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the shelter's intake and lost and found operations

• Provide information to pet owners and visitors

• Manage inquiries regarding services effectively

• Ensure accurate documentation of interactions

• Work collaboratively with other team members

Requirements:

• One year of customer service experience required

• Experience with animal handling preferred

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Professional English skills necessary

• Secondary school diploma or its equivalent
