Join Somerset West Community Health Centre as a Client Support Agent. This term, part-time position focuses on managing calls and providing exceptional customer service in a mostly remote setting.
In this role, you will support the Ottawa Language Access program by directing calls and managing online interpretation requests. We seek a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in an office or fast-paced call center, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Your contribution is vital to ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and online support requests
• Assist in appointment scheduling and client inquiries
• Provide outstanding customer support over the phone
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Generate simple reports and assist with data extraction
Requirements:
• Office secretary diploma required
• 2-3 years of office or call center experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially One Drive
• Fluent in English;
French is highly desirable
• Understanding of the Canadian healthcare system is an asset
