This temporary position requires proficiency in both languages and offers the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks including conducting interviews, initiating account changes, and responding to telephone inquiries. You will also retrieve taxpayer information using Agency systems and conduct database searches when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct telephone interviews to gather and verify taxpayer information
• Initiate corrections to taxpayer accounts as needed
• Respond to inquiries related to system-generated letters
• Review information and perform private-sector database searches
• Input recovered information into Agency electronic diaries
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English and French required
• Secondary school diploma completion
• Minimum six months of customer service experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet searches
• Reliability status required for employment
Use your bilingual skills in customer service to support taxpayers effectively at the CRA.
