Empower members as a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) at Good Life Fitness in Ottawa. This full-time opportunity focuses on delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive environment for all gym-goers.
As a member of our team at the Queen and Bank location, you will engage with members and newcomers, guiding their fitness experience by answering questions and checking them in.
Your role is essential in driving member satisfaction and maintaining club standards. From managing incoming calls to conducting Fit-Fix Starter sessions, your contribution makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist members as they enter the club
• Efficiently handle calls and member inquiries
• Explain fitness programs and membership options
• Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for users
• Maintain cleanliness and organize club tasks
Requirements:
• Must have CPR-A & AED Certification
• Obtain Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Relevant customer service experience is advantageous
