This full-time position at Enterprise Mobility requires strong customer service skills and offers an opportunity to work directly with clients in a friendly environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Take incoming calls for reservations and inquiries
• Assist customers face-to-face with rental needs
• Manage outgoing calls and callbacks
• Process vehicle returns and transactions
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and upkeep
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year customer service or sales experience
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license required
• No drug-related convictions in the past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
