Become a vital part of Insomnia Cookies as a Shift Leader. This role combines customer service, team leadership, and cookie magic in a fun, flexible environment.
As a Shift Leader, you will directly enhance customer experience and support store operations. This position calls for at least one year of customer service experience and key skills in communication and time management. You will lead the Cookie Crew, coordinating tasks and maintaining a safe and inviting atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality products
• Support leadership by maintaining smooth operations
• Prioritize and delegate baking, cashiering, and cleaning tasks
• Work alongside and motivate the Cookie Crew team
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment and food safety
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
• Familiarity with Point of Sale systems
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
