Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and address inquiries professionally
• Document repair orders based on customer assessments
• Communicate effectively with technicians for timely job completion
• Keep clients updated on repair progress and estimates
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
Requirements:
• Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred
• Competency in Infinity business systems
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Strong organizational capabilities
• Customer-first mindset and teamwork emphasis
