Elevate user experiences with Welbi as an Implementation Support Specialist. Facilitate customer onboarding and ensure successful platform navigation and usage.
You will play a vital role in supporting customers from initial interaction through complete implementation. Working closely with the Customer Success team, you'll configure accounts, streamline onboarding processes, and enhance customer education resources. Your proactive approach will contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on customer onboarding and implementation efforts
• Configure accounts to ensure successful setup
• Monitor and report customer feedback to enhance services
• Create educational content and user guides for customers
• Drive continuous improvement in support processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience in SaaS customer support or implementation
• Strong communication skills for building customer trust
• Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Highly organized with a focus on quality execution
• Experience with customer education content creation is a plus
