Member Services Representative - UCU

Join Ukrainian Credit Union Limited in Ottawa as a Member Services Representative. This full-time, onsite role focuses on delivering exceptional assistance and financial services to our members.

As a valued member of UCU, you will provide critical support to members by identifying their needs and processing various banking transactions. You will also embrace innovative technology to enhance member experience while contributing to branch targets and suggesting products. Your engagement will help us maintain our commitment to Ukrainian cultural and community values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members by delivering tailored banking solutions

• Process transactions: deposits, withdrawals, and payments

• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs

• Utilize technology to improve member interactions

• Ensure cash drawer accuracy and daily balancing

Requirements:

• Postsecondary degree/diploma required

• Strong communication skills with a positive demeanor

• Fluent in English; conversational Ukrainian preferred

• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel

• Initiative in identifying referral opportunities
